Funnels + AI.
Ready.

I'm Ryan Tolentino. I build landing pages and automations with Claude Code, set up GoHighLevel pipelines, calendars and forms, and deploy everything myself on Cloudflare. Before that I spent two and a half years at a US agency. I want to build the pages and systems behind your clinic clients, and I test every one before it goes live.

The requirements

What you
asked for. Checked.

Your requirements, each matched to work I've already done. Where my experience is narrower than the ask, I say so.

1

A live page I built myself

Six live sites on my own subdomains: a weight-loss clinic quiz funnel with its own CRM, a clinic-style lead page, an HVAC site rebuild, a GHL systems portfolio, a PPC case study and an AI builds portfolio. Links are in the live pages section. This application site is the seventh.

2

Builds with AI coding tools, not just text

Claude Code and OpenAI Codex are how I build, every day. They write the HTML, scripts, webhook handlers and API calls. I set the spec, review the diff, test it and deploy it. I wrote this page with Claude Code and deployed it to Cloudflare from the command line.

3

Hands-on GoHighLevel

I built a 10-workflow Google review system with its own pipeline for a Florida cleaning company. I also backed up and inventoried a full agency with 7 sub-accounts: 76 workflows, 10 pipelines, 14 funnels, 33 calendars and 20 forms.

4

Good English, clear communication

Four years on US client calls at Convergys, including training and escalations, then remote work for US companies since. I write SOPs and hand-over notes for everything I build. The video above is me, unscripted.

5

Hours that overlap CET

4pm to midnight Manila time works for me, full-time. That covers the European afternoon and the start of the US East Coast day, so same-day change requests get done the same day.

Built for this application · weight-loss clinic funnel

Verabel: quiz → qualify → book.

A full lead funnel for a made-up medical weight-loss clinic. The landing page leads into a 6-question quiz with a live BMI check and a safety screen. Qualified leads see a booking calendar on the thank-you page, and everyone else gets a nurture offer. Every opt-in is upserted into a CRM, tagged from its answers, and placed in a pipeline stage. Booking moves the card to “Consult Booked”, and each lead and booking fires a GHL-style webhook payload.

I coded it by hand on Cloudflare (Workers + D1) so it runs without a GHL account. The stages, tags and webhook payloads mirror GHL, so it maps straight onto a GHL funnel, calendar and workflow.

Local Visibility Care landing page, hero with pilot offer and review card Lead-gen landing page

Local Visibility Care.

A one-offer landing page for local service businesses: a 30-day pilot, a clear before-and-after visual, FAQ and a single apply CTA. The same shape as a clinic consult page: one offer, proof, objections handled, one action.

HVAC contractor site, 81 → 114.

I audited a local HVAC contractor's site and 4 competitors on a 130-point rubric covering conversion, trust and local SEO. The original scored 81, behind 3 of the 4. My rebuild scored 114, ahead of the top competitor's 101.

GHL systems site.

My GoHighLevel builds, including a lead system and a speed-to-lead flow, each mapped from trigger to follow-up. I document why each step exists, so the client's team can maintain it after hand-over.

GoHighLevel workflows + pipelines

Google review system.

A 10-workflow review engine I deployed, configured and documented for a Florida cleaning company. It sends review requests when a job closes, runs a reactivation drip for past customers, tracks link clicks, detects replies and hands the conversation to the owner. It flags negative feedback, respects DND, and warns when request volume drops. Every contact moves through a dedicated pipeline. Clinics need the same engine after every treatment.

I also backed up and inventoried a full GHL agency with 7 sub-accounts:

Autonomous Facebook page agents.

Two Facebook page agents I built with Claude Code. Each night they plan, write, design and schedule a full day of content, 6 posts a day per page, through the Facebook Graph API. Python scripts, scheduled tasks, an approval step and a PAUSE kill switch. Proof that I can wire APIs together and keep them safe to run unattended.

What you'll do

Your five duties.
Plus the sixth.

I mapped every duty in the ad to work I've already done, and added the one that ties them together: testing.

DUTY 01

Build pages.

Landing pages and funnels: opt-in pages, quizzes, thank-you pages.

  • A weight-loss clinic quiz funnel: landing, quiz, and a thank-you page with booking
  • Single-offer lead pages with one CTA and proof above the fold
  • GHL funnels and sites, plus custom HTML when a page needs more
DUTY 02

Automate.

Automations with Claude Code: webhooks, APIs, scripts.

  • Python agents posting through the Facebook Graph API
  • n8n webhooks and Google Sheets pipelines with approval gates
  • Quiz form → webhook → CRM: every lead upserted, tagged and staged
DUTY 03

Set up GHL.

Pipelines, calendars, forms and tracking.

  • 10-workflow review system on its own pipeline
  • Full agency inventory: calendars, forms, custom fields, funnels
  • Tags, trigger links and UTM capture, so every lead has a source
DUTY 04

Same-day changes.

Handle client change requests the same day.

  • Edit, test and redeploy a page in minutes from the command line
  • CET overlap means requests land during my working day
  • I confirm the change back with a link, not just "done"
DUTY 05

Admin.

Onboarding, ad uploads, trackers, SOPs.

  • Wrote a GHL onboarding playbook for new client domains
  • Two and a half years in agency ad accounts: uploads are routine
  • VA at iNeons: schedules, trackers and project coordination
DUTY 06

Test.

You asked for someone diligent. This is how.

  • Every form submitted, every link clicked, on mobile and desktop
  • Five years as an SPC analyst: checking is a habit, not a step
  • Kill switches and approval gates in everything I automate
The stack + nice-to-haves

The tools
I already use.

Your stack and your nice-to-haves, with an honest level on each.

AI coding tools.

Daily

Claude Code and OpenAI Codex are my main build tools. Pages, Python scripts, API calls and deploys. I write the spec and review every change before it ships.

GoHighLevel.

Built + running

Workflows, pipelines, trigger links, SMS and email, tags, DND and snapshots. Plus the deliverability setup most builders skip.

GitHub + Cloudflare.

Daily

Every site on this page runs on Cloudflare: custom domains, DNS and deploys from the command line with Wrangler. Git for version history.

Design + mobile speed.

Proven

Static, lightweight pages with no page-builder bloat. I check every build at phone width, and clinic clients' patients are mostly on their phones.

Agency experience.

2.5 years

PPC Manager at AGM Agency, a US agency, running several client brands at once. I know how client requests, deadlines and reporting work.

Meta pixel + CAPI.

Learning

I've run Meta campaigns for my own apparel brand. Server-side CAPI is next on my list, and I'll learn it on your setup. I won't claim more than that.

The commitment

CET hours.
Full focus.

I read the career path, from Month 1 up to Head of Tech & Automation. That's the path I want, and I'll earn each step.

4–12
Manila PM.

4pm to midnight my time, overlapping the European working day.

Same
Day changes.

Client requests that land during my shift get built, tested and confirmed before I log off.

No other job and no side clients. Tech and admin, both in full.

Builds, not just prompts

AI writes the code. I set the spec, read the diff, run it and deploy it. Six live sites and two running agents came out of that loop.

Diligent about testing

Five years in statistical process control. I submit the form, click the link and check the phone view before I call anything done.

Organised

I ran several brand accounts at once at AGM. My builds come with SOPs, logs and run-books.

Clear communicator

Four years on US client calls. I say what changed, where to check it and what's still open, in plain English.

Fast to learn

I went from no automation experience to live agents, n8n pipelines and deployed sites in months. New tools don't slow me down for long.

Updated resume

FAQ

Questions
you might have.

Straight answers about how I'd work with Glow.

Ready already? Message me →
Can you really work 4pm to midnight Manila time?

Yes, full-time. I work from home, so the shift doesn't involve a commute. It overlaps the European afternoon, and I can join calls at fixed times you set.

What do you actually build with AI coding tools?

Whole pages, Python scripts, API integrations, webhook handlers and deploy commands. I use Claude Code and Codex in the terminal: I describe the job, review what they write, run it, test it and ship it. This site was built that way.

Have you built for aesthetic or weight-loss clinics?

Not yet. My page and GHL work has been for local service businesses: cleaning, HVAC, local visibility. The pieces are the same: a consult offer, before-and-after proof, a booking calendar, a review engine after each visit. I'll learn your clinic playbook quickly.

Can you build quizzes and multi-step funnels?

Yes. Either in GHL with its funnel and survey builders, or as custom multi-step pages with the answers posted into GHL by webhook, so every lead lands tagged in the right pipeline.

What about Webflow, WordPress or Framer?

I haven't used them on client work. I build in code and in GHL. If Glow has sites on one of them, I'll learn it on the job and document what I learn.

How do you test before something goes live?

Submit every form, click every link, check the page at phone width, confirm the contact lands in GHL with the right tags and pipeline stage, and confirm the follow-up fires. Then I send you the live link with a short note on what changed.

Will you do the admin side too?

Yes. Onboarding, ad uploads, trackers and SOPs are part of the job, and I've done all of them before. I'd rather write the SOP once than answer the same question twice.

When can you start?

My last agency role ended in June 2026, so I can start as soon as you're ready.
